VoxNavi AI – Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
VoxNavi AI (package com.simii.find.app.voicecontroler) is published by Simii. If you have any
question about this policy, contact us at aqibktk0101@gmail.com.
2. Information the app uses
Microphone and voice commands
The app listens only when you tap the mic, or when you turn on Voice Control (background listening), which shows a permanent notification while it is running. Speech is converted to text by the speech recognition service installed on your phone (usually Google). That service may process audio under its own privacy policy. VoxNavi AI does not record, store or upload your audio.
By default, background listening works only while the screen is on and unlocked. If you turn on Work when screen is off in Settings (off by default), the app also listens while the phone is locked or the screen is off. It can then turn the screen on and show your phone's own unlock screen for commands that need it, but it can never unlock the phone or read your PIN, pattern or password. You can turn this off at any time.
Accessibility Service
VoxNavi AI uses Android's Accessibility Service API to carry out the commands you speak inside the apps you have allowed (for example opening an app, tapping a button, scrolling or typing text you dictated) and to show the floating mic over other apps. It reads what is on the screen only to find the item you asked for, and only while performing your command. When you ask, it also taps Quick Settings tiles (such as Wi-Fi or Bluetooth), locks the screen or takes a screenshot. Screen content is processed on your device and is not collected, stored or shared. Banking and password apps are protected: the app only opens them and never reads or types in them. You can turn the service off at any time in Android Settings → Accessibility.
Contacts and phone calls
If you allow it, the app reads your contacts on the device to find the person you name in commands such as "call Ali" or "message Ali". Contacts are never uploaded or shared. With the Phone permission the app can place a call you asked for; calls ask for your confirmation first.
Installed apps
The app lists the apps on your phone that can be opened from the launcher, so you can choose which apps voice control may use and give them custom names. This list stays on your device.
History, settings and custom names
Your command history, custom app names and settings are stored only on your device. You can turn history off or delete all data in Settings. Uninstalling the app also removes this data.
Voice Routines and home screen widget
Routines you create (a phrase and the commands it runs) are stored only on your device. The optional home screen widget shows the names of up to two routines and a mic button; tapping it runs the routine on your phone. Nothing from routines or the widget is uploaded.
Optional custom voice
If you choose to set up a custom voice and enter your own ElevenLabs API key, the text of replies (and voice samples you record for that purpose) are sent to ElevenLabs to create speech. This feature is off unless you set it up yourself. See the ElevenLabs Privacy Policy.
3. Advertising and analytics
The app is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location and information about ad interactions to show and measure ads. In regions where it is required (such as the EEA and UK), you are asked for consent through Google's consent form, and you can change your choice later in Settings → Privacy options. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
We use Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and ad performance (for example which screens are used and whether ads load), and Firebase Remote Config to change settings such as how often ads appear without an app update. These services collect device and usage information such as an app instance ID, device model, OS version and events. They do not receive your voice, contacts, screen content or history.

4. Permissions
| Permission | Why |
|---|---|
| Microphone | To hear your voice commands. |
| Accessibility Service | To perform your commands in the apps you allow and show the floating mic. |
| Contacts | To find the person you name when calling or messaging. |
| Phone (call) | To place a call you asked for, after confirmation. |
| Notifications and foreground service (microphone) | To keep background voice control running and show that it is on. With "Work when screen is off" turned on, this also covers listening while the phone is locked. |
| Run at startup | Only to offer resuming voice control after a restart; it never starts the microphone by itself. |
| Set alarm | To set alarms and timers you ask for, through your clock app. |
| Internet and network state | For ads, Firebase and speech recognition. |
5. Sharing and selling
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your voice commands, contacts, screen content, history or custom names with anyone. Data is only processed by the Google and optional ElevenLabs services described above. Data sent over the internet is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
6. Data retention and deletion
Data on your device stays until you delete it in the app (Settings → Delete all data), clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. Analytics and advertising data held by Google are kept according to Google's retention policies. To ask us about your data, email aqibktk0101@gmail.com.
7. Children
VoxNavi AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated policy.
